UNB, Gazipur :
Police in a drive arrested three people for selling Trading Corporation of Bangladesh (TCB) goods in black market in Tongi Bazar area here on Sunday night.
The arrestee are Shah Sultan, Mohammad Helal and Mohammad Nizam.
Tipped off, a team of police conducted a drive in the area and arrested them for selling TCB goods at the retail market, said senior assistant police commissioner of Tongi zone, Thoai Aung Pru Marma.
Police also recovered four sacks of onion, two sacks of gram, three sacks of sugar and one sack of pulse from their possession.
A case was filed in this connection.
