Chittagong Bureau :
Three dwelling houses of Ward councilor of Hathazari pourasabha Sukumar Member were gutted in fire yesterday.
The fire damaged properties worth about Tk.15 lakh. The fire originated from cooking woven of the house at about midnight.
Acting on information, Hathazari fire station mobile units rushed to the spot and brought the fire under control at about 5 am. Station Officer of Hathazari fire station Jahurul Islam said three houses of Sukumar Member in the poura area were gutted causing about Tk.15 lakh losses.
