Three direct Hajj flights, all by the national carrier Biman, will be operated from the Osmani International Airport in Sylhet to Jeddah this year to facilitate over 1200 pilgrims.
The first one will be on August 31 while the others are scheduled for September 8 and 13, official sources informed. The first flight will carry 409 pilgrims, informed the president of the Hajj Association of Bangladesh, Sylhet Chapter, Monsur Ali Khan Tuesday.
