A three-day readymade garment and machinery expo dubbed “Bangladesh International Garment and Textile Machinery Expo 2018 (BIGTEX)” will begin in Chattogram on May 10.
Chattogram City Corporation Mayor A J M Nasir Uddin will inaugurate the event at GEC Convention Centre being organised by the RedCarpet365 Limited, said a press release.
Ahmed Imtiaz, Chief Executive Officer of Redcarpet365 Ltd, said the expo will have nearly 120 stalls with products from 12 countries including Bangladesh, China, England, France, Germany, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, Sri Lanka and Turkey as well.
He said BKMEA and Well Group would be associate partners while China Textile Machinery Association is the Strategic Partner of this expo.
