A three-day international travel and tourism fair will start on April 20 with the support of state-owned Biman Bangladesh Airlines.
Tour Operators Association of Bangladesh (TOAB) is organizing the “Biman Bangladesh Travel and Tourism Fair 2017” to be held at Bangabandhu International Convention Centre (BICC).
To this end, a memorandum of understanding (MoU) for title sponsorship was signed on Monday between Biman and TOAB at Biman Head Office “Balaka”.
Director Marketing and Sales of Biman Bangladesh Airlines M Ali Ahsan Babu and Taufiq uddin Ahmed, President of TOAB signed the MOU, said a press release.
Taufiq Uddin Ahmed said National Tourism Organizations, airlines, tour operators, hotels, resorts, financial institutions and others involved in the travel and tourism sector will showcase their products and services at 140 stalls and 8 pavilions during the “Biman Bangladesh Travel & Tourism Fair 2017.
As before, the participating organizations will offer attractive packages and discounts for the visitors during the three-day fair, he added.
On the sidelines of the Fair, TOAB will hold five seminars on the prospect of different types of Tourism in Bangladesh.
