3 cops found involved in carjacking

Three cops were chargesheeted in a carjacking case at Bhitaballa under Bagharpara police station in Jessore.
The chargesheet police personnel were handed over to a Jessore court by DB sub inspector Abul Khayer Mollah, investigation officer of the case, said the police.
The chargesheeted accused are Shiekh Mizanur Rahman, constable number -506, Jhikargachha police station, Mollah Md. Rubayet, constable number – 694, Sujanagar police station, Pabna and Lipton Mia, watcher, National Security Intelligence (NSI), Satkhira and Mominuddin of Shankarpasha under Abhaynagar police station.
According to the statement of the chargesheet, Bhitaballa camp police under Bagherpara police station in Jessore arrested police constable Mizanr Rahman red handed with a private car bearing number Dhaka Metro- Ga- 13- 9540, owned by Tauhidur Rahman of Khulna on the night of September 2. But Mizanur Rahman fled from the police station for which Quayum Ali Sarder, officer in-charge, Bagharpara police station and two other police men were closed to Jessore police line by the district police authority.
The police seized a total 110 pieces of gold bars searching the car at Bagharpara police station on September 5.
Two cases were lodged with the police and Abul Khayer Mollah of detective branch was given the charge to inquire into the matter as the investigating officer. After investigation he handed over the charge sheet to a Jessore3 court.
