Chittagong Bureau :
Former President of Chittagong Chamber of Commerce & Industry and lawmaker MA Latif , President of CCCI Mahbubul Alam, and senior Vice President Md. Nurun Newaz left for Japan on Saturday night with the entourage team of the Prime Minister.
Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina left for Japan for five days tour aimed at boosting up bilateral relations and expansion of trade between these two friendly countries. The business leaders of the port city will also attend different business community meetings in Japan beside the PM’s official assignments.
Mentionable that former CCCI President MA Latif also visited Japan alongwith his business entourage in 2010 and established a Chittagong Chamber Investment and Trade Promotion Centre in Tokoyo for attracting the Japanese investment in Bangladesh.
