Bangladesh Standards and Testing Institution (BSTI) on Sunday realised Tk 6 lakh from three shops in fine as they violated BSTI licence rules and Consumers’ Rights Protection Act.
Two special BSTI teams, led by executive magistrate M Moshiur Rahman and executive magistrate Tazila Kabir Tropa, with the support from Dhaka Metropolitan Police conducted the drive in the city’s Chawkbazar and Gulshan areas respectively.
