3 boys rescued in C’nawabganj while being trafficked to India

Members of Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB) on Saturday rescued three boys from Poladanga border in Bholahat upazila while they were being trafficked to India.
The victims were identified as Mizanur Rahman, 13, son of Mosharraf of the village, Minhazul Islam, 12, son of Abdus Sukkur, and Nayeem, 12, son of Abdul Kader of the upazila. BGB members also detained an alleged trafficker, Abdur Rashid, 30.
Lt Col Mujibul Haque Shikdar, commanding officer of BGB-43 battalion, said locals detained Abdur Rashid while he along with the three boys was trying to cross the border.
