Three youths were found dead in Sirajganj and Cox’s Bazar districts on Thursday.
In Sirajganj, police recovered the decomposed bodies of two unidentified young men from Phuljor River at Ghatina Bridge in Ullapara Upazila.
Local people spotted the bodies under the bridge and informed the matter to police who recovered the bodies in the afternoon. Dewan Koushik Ahmed, officer-in-charge of Ullapara Police Station, said miscreants might have killed them in another place and dumped bodies here 25/26 days ago. The bodies bore several injury
marks, said the OC. In Cox’s Bazar, Mohammad Helal, 18, son of Jalal Ahmed of Kachubunia village in Teknaf upazila, was found dead at Sabrang Hariakhali in the upazila on the same day.
On information, police recovered the body and sent it to local hospital morgue.
