BSS, Cox’s Bazar :The BRAC Chicken 2nd National Surfing tournament began on Thursday at the tourist hub laboni points in Cox’s Bazar sea beach.Information Minister Hasanul Haq Inu inaugurated the two-day meet as the chief guest.Apart from main sponsor BRAC Chicken, Novo Air is the co-sponsor of the tournament.Besides, Bangladesh Tourism Board, Bangladesh Parjatan Corporation, Ocean Paradise, Best Western, Nisarg Resort, Aquafina and Saint Martin are the tourism, hospitality, dormitory, Beverage and transport partners respectively to make the event a success. Organised by Bangladesh Surfing Association, a total of 150 surfers, 76 surfers more compared to the previous tournament, are participating in the tournament.On the first day of the tournament, a large number of spectators gathered in the beach to enjoy the competition.
