UNB, Dhaka :The second merit list of students for admission into Class-XI for the academic session of 2015-16 was published on Monday.The merit was uploaded on the Education Ministry website in the afternoon, Dhaka Education Board chairman Prof Abu Bakar Siddique told UNB over phone. The list is available on the ministry website: www.xiclassadmission.gov.bd http:/www.xiclassadmission.gov.bd>.Some 17,647 students found their names on thesecond merit list and they will have to get admitted into their chosen colleges on Tuesday and Wednesday, he said.Besides, those who failed to get enrolled in any college can apply for admission into 10 colleges on July 9-10.On June 29, the first merit list for college admission for the academic session 2015-16 was published through the ministry website. A total of 11.56 lakh students applied for admission as college enrollment has been based on results of the Secondary School Certificate (SSC) examinations for the last few years.
