The Exim Bank 28th National Women’s Handball Championship, organised by Bangladesh Handball Federation, will begin today (Tuesday) at the Shaheed (Capt) M Mansur Ali National Handball Stadium here.
Youth and Sports secretary M Asadul Islam will inaugurate the 16-team meet in the afternoon. Managing Director of the meet’s sponsor Exim Bank
Dr M Haider Ali will also present as special guest on the occasion.
Sixteen participating teams are: BJMC, Bangladesh Ansar, Bangladesh Police, Feni, Kurigram, Naogaon, Narail, Meherpur. Dhaka, Joypurhat, Panchagarh, Jamalpur, Faridpur. Dinajpur, Jessore and Kishoreganj districts.
