The government has transferred 28 Superintendents of Police to different places across the country in a sudden reshuffle on Monday.
The officers were serving in 11 districts and 16 units of police.
The Home Ministry issued a circular in this regard on Monday.
A Home Ministry notification issued on Monday afternoon says that the order will be effective from December 12 this year.
The circular signed by senior assistant secretary Farzana Zesmin has asked the transferred officials to join their new places.
