Members of Border Guards Bangladesh (BGB) pushed 28 Myanmar citizens back to their country after arresting them from Zadi Mura border in the upazila on Sunday
Subedar Jakaria of Damdamia camp of battalion-42 said the Myanmar citizens including five men, 13 women and ten children were held at about 9:45am while they were trying to enter the Bangladeshi territory illegally after crossing the Naf River.
Later, the arrested Myanmar nationals were sent back to their country at 11am.
