Mobile court of Chittagong Development Authority has asked 24 business organisstions located in the Chandgaon residential area to remove their offices from the CDA Residential Area.
Mobile court Magsistrate Mr. Thin Wana given time for next three months to shift their business establishment . During the raid in the area, mobile court realized penalty of Tk.35 thousand .
Sources said mobile realized penalty of Tk.20 thousand fromDarul Irfan Hifzul Quoran Madrasa , Tk.10 thousand from two grocery shops and Tk.5 thousand from one NGO . Mobile court sources said a toltal of 24 shops and offices of chandgaon residential area including pharmacy, beauty parlor, educational institutions and a number of grocery and tea stall have been asked to shift their installations from the area within 3 monthss.
