The convener and joint convener along with other 22 members of the newly formed convening committee of Ishwardi Municipal Juba Dal have resigned. Juba Dal leaders submitted their resignations to Pabna district president Mosabbir Hossain Sanju and general secretary Himel Rana on Saturday evening.
The resigned leaders are Zakir Hossain Jewel, convener of the committee, Sajedul Islam Jitu, Rashedul Islam Ripon, Shamim Akter Ratan, Rezaul Haque Mukul, Abu Zahid Ujjal, Asaduzzaman Asad, Selim Chowdhury, Saidul Islam, Mahabubur Rahman Riyadh. Rafiqul Islam Tuhin, Convening Committee Member Kiran Sardar, Hafizur Rahman Hafeez, Nur Mohammad Swapan, Saiful Islam Fayez, Mohammad Shawkat Ali, Member, Saidur Islam, Shahidur Rahman Shahed, Sohail Rana Pakhi, Mushfiqur Rahman Mission, Rabiul Islam Raju, Jubayer Farooq Rajib , Mohammad Sheikh Rinku, Md. Sumon.
Zakir Hossain Jewel, the resigned convener of the newly formed convening committee, said that on May 2, Kamruzzaman Dulal, the office secretary of the BNP Juba Dal, appointed as the convener of the Ishwardi Municipal Juba Dal and AKM Sajeduzzaman Jitu as the member secretary.
