UNB, Benapole :
Members of Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB) arrested 22 Bangladeshi nationals while they were entering the country through Gatipara border point here early Tuesday, after going to India illegally.
The arrestees hail from different areas of Barisal and Jhalakati districts.
Sub-inspector of Benapole Port Police Station Tajul Islam said on secret information, a team of the border force conducted a drive in the area at about 12:30 am and arrested the 22 Bangladeshi nationals, including women and children, while they were trying to enter the Bangladesh territory during their return from India without valid documents.
