Zainul Haque Sikder, Chairman, Independent Director, A F M Shariful Islam, Managing Director & CEO M A Wadud and a large number of shareholders were present in the meeting among others. The AGM approved 15 percent Stock Dividend for the year ended on 31st December, 2015.
