The 20th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Progressive Life Insurance Company Limited held on Tuesday while Zakariya Ahad, Chairman, Board of Directors of the company presided over the meeting through virtually recently. Mizanur Rahman, Vice Chairman, Golam Mostafa Ahmed, Entrepreneur Shareholder, MA Karim, Abdul Malik, Bajloor Rashid, Babel Mia, Kamal Mia, Nasir Ali Shah, Mahmadur Rashid, Nazim Tazik Chowdhury, Independent Directors, Ajit Chandra Aice, CEO and a large number of company, were also present, said a press release. The AGM unanimously elected Nasir Ali Shah as Chairman and Golam Mostafa Ahmed as Vice Chairman of the company respectively.
