Shiba Brata, Parashuram (Feni) :
A total of 20 government primary schools in the Upazila are running without any headmaster affecting both academic and administrative activities.
Assistant teachers at those schools are serving as acting headmasters hampering academic and administrative activities
at those institutions are facing setback.
Parashuram Upazila Primary Education Officer Mizanur Rahaman said that there are 51 government primary school in the Upzaila where about 20 post of headmaster and 70 post of assistant teacher have been vacant for long.
The district primary education officer Md. Saha Alam said that necessary steps are being taken urgently to fulfill the vacant posts.
