Ahead of upcoming 11th National Parliamentary election, 20 executive Magistrates were engaged for Khulna city and nine Upazila areas of the district who will start there monitoring works from Sunday. Deputy Commissioner (DC) who is also the returning officer of Khulna has deployed the Magistrates and distributed their areas. DC and also the returning officer of Khulna Mohammad Helal Hossain ascertained this to the journalists. The returning officer said with a view to ascertain the electoral conduct, the executive Magistrates will perform their duties till December 31, 2018.
The deployed Magistrates ABM Khalid Hossain Siddiquy for Khulna-3 Constituency and 3 & 5 No. Wards of Arongghata Union, Muhammad Arafatul Alam for 18,25 & 26 No. Wards of Khulna-2 Constituency, Susmita Saha for 24,27 & 28 No. Wards of Khulna-2 Constituency, Ruli Biswas for 16 & 17 no. Wards Khulna-2 Constituency, Angojai Marma for 1 & 2 no. Wards and Jogipol Union of Khulna-3 Constituency, Shahin Sultana for 30 & 31 no. Wards of Khulna-2, Md. Mizanur Rahman for 8,11,12 & 13 no.
