Police arrested at least 20 alleged drug traders along with 2,458 Yaba tablets from the city’s different areas on Tuesday.
The drives were conducted by Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) and Detective Branch (DB).
DMP Spokesman Masudur Rhaman confirmed it on Wednesday.

During the raid, police also recovered four gram heroin and 102 gram hemp from the spot, he added.
At least 13 cases were filed against them with Police Stations in this connection.
