The law enforcement agency in an overnight raid detained two suspected militants from Vita Kumor area under Pahartali police station in the port city, police said.
Deputy Commissioner (west) of Chittagong Metropolitan Police (CMP) Fakhrul Haque said, “The detainees are the suspected members of Ansarullah Bangla Team or Jama’atul Mujahedin Bangladesh (JMB).”
He said police are quizzing them.
