Police filed a murder case before the court against two traders of a contracting firm for alleged murder of four persons at a Shipbreakingyard of Kadam Rasul area under Sitakuda Upazila but none of the owners group were sued .
Sub- Inspector of Sitakunda thana Mozzamel Hoque filed the case as a plaintiff. Traders of Bismillah Traders Md. Abul Bashar and Jasimuddin alleged negligence by the workers of the contracting firm.
Mentionable that four persons were died of poisonous carbondyoxide gas cylinder blast at Arefin Enterprises Shipbreaking yard of Kadam Rasul on Thursday afternoon. Three injured persons now under treatment in a private clinic, sources said.
