Two schoolboys were killed and another 10 people injured in a clash between two rival political groups at
Chandraganj Bazar in Sadar upazila on Monday night.
The deceased were identified as Rabiul Islam
Shimul, 14, a class VIII student of Pratapganj High School and Farhad Hossain, 16, a student of class X of the same school.
Witnesses said, the clash ensued between the ruling Awami League-backed Nasir group and BNP-backed Solaiman Uddin Jisan group, for establishing their supremacy in the locality.The clash occurred at about 10:30 pm following an altercation between the supporters of the two groups at Deopara village in Sadar upazila.
