One housewife and another one were killed in Chittagong on Tuesday for alleged illicit relations. The tragic incident occurred at Yakub Nagar in Feringhee Bazaar area under Kotwali thana . The victims were identified as Asma Begum, (25) and Maksudur Rahman(35) .
Husband of Asma Begum, an expatrate named Ridya killed his wife by strangulation and maternal uncle Maksudur Rahman by stabbing on Tuesday night. Police sources said after marriage of expatriate Ridya, Asma was residing alongwith the family of his maternal aunt in Feringhee Bazar area since long.
