Two people were killed and four others injured when a truck rammed into a pickup on the Dhaka-Tangail highway at Jamurki in Mirzapur upazila on Thursday midnight.
Highway police camp sources said the accident took place around 12 am when a Dhaka-bound pineapple-laden truck from Madhupur collided head-on with a pickup coming from the opposite direction, leaving the pickup driver killed on the spot and five others injured.
