A covered van helper was killed when a Lorry and a covered van collided head-on at Bansbaria area on Dhaka-Chittagong highway under Sitakunda upazila of the district at 8am on Thursday .
The deceased was covered van helper Mohammad Selim, alias Shohag,25, son of Jakir Hossain. He hailed from Sundarpur village of Noahkhali district. A Chittagong-bound covered van from Dhaka collided head-on with the Dhaka bound lorry that left covered van helper Selim seriously injured.
