Two persons including a youth were killed in separate incidents in different area in the city on Sunday .
The deceased were identified as Saleh Ahmed (75), hailed from Eidgah area under Halishahor thana in the city and Arman Hossain (18), hailed from Kachuai area under Patiya upazila of the district. Saleh Ahmed was injured when a city service bus knocked him at Dewanhat area in the city at 10 am , police sources said. The injured Saleh Ahmed was rushed to Chittagong Medical College Hospital where he succumbed to his injuries after admission.
In second incident, dead body of youth Arman Hossain was found after a few unidentified persons beat him severely over previous enmity at Kachuai digirpar area under Patiya upazila of the district early on Sunday , district police said.The body was sent to the morgue for autopsy.
Two separate cases were filed with respective police stations.
