Two people were killed and 18 were injured in a head-on collision between two buses at Rohmotpur area in Sadar upazila of the district on Monday afternoon.
Both of the deceased were women, however, their identities could not be known till filling of this report.
Katwali Model thana officer-in-charge Kamrul Islam said the accident happened at around 2:00 pm leaving one people dead on the spot and 18 injured. They were sent to local hospital while another person died.
