UNB, Gazipur :Two people, including a woman, were killed and three others injured as a bus knocked down a CNG-run auto-rickshaw at Nayanpur on the Dhaka-Mymensingh Highway in Sreepur upazila on Friday morning.One of the deceased was identified as Adbur Rashid, 45, a resident of Faridpur village.Witnesses said, a BRTC bus coming from Netrokona district crashed into a CNG-run auto-rickshaw at Nayanpur around 8:30am, leaving two people dead and three others injured on the spot.The injured were whisked off to a local hospital. On information, police rushed to the spot and seized the bus.Officer-in-charge of Maona Highway Police Station Helal-ul-Islam confirmed the incident.
