At least two men including a minor boy were killed and three others injured in a collision between a CNG-run auto-rickshaw and a human hauler at Gazariya area in Bhairab of Kishore-ganj on Wednesday noon.
The deceased were identified as Arafan Ali (45), son of Md. Alauddin Miah, Gazariya Union employee, and Md. Ameen (12), son of Murshed Miah in Gazariya Union, a student of class four at Gazariya Government Primary School in Bhairab upazila of Kishoreganj.
Gazariya Union Parishad (UP) Chairman Shahariya Kabir said the auto- rickshaw collided head-on with the human hauler (locally called Tomtom) in the area at noon leaving Arafan Ali and primary school boy Ameen died on the spot.
