Customs intelligence officials seized 20 gold bars weighing about 2 kg from Foreign Post Office at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport here on Sunday.
The gold bars were kept hidden in a parcel of computer accessories came from Hong Kong for one Farid Uddin,, said assistant commissioner (Customs) Riyadul Islam.
The gold was recovered at about 11:00 am after scanning the parcel.
