Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) 2 Investigation Officer Wahidullah Sarkar submitted the chargesheet of a case against two Jama’atul Mujahideen Bangladesh (JMB) couples in a case filed under the Anti-Terrorism Act.
The four accused persons are: Aminul Islam and his wife Nahid Sultana, Shariful Islam Sharif and his wife Marzia Akhter Sumi.
On September 7, 2016, the JMB members were allegedly holding a secret meeting at a city hotel. On the occasion, police recovered some Jihadi books and CDs from their possessions.
Abul Hossain, RAB-2, filed the case with Sher-e-Bangla Nagar Police Station.
