The mobile court on Monday sentenced two Chhatra Dal leaders to six months jail for vandalising vehicles of the district town during 20-party’s countrywide hartal.
Executive Magistrate Tushar Ahmed passed the order after arrest them.
The accused are–Karim Taj, Cox’s Bazar Law College unit Chhatra Dal general secretary, and Jamal Uddin, member of Chhatra Dal convenor committee.
Cox’s Bazar additional police super Tofael Ahmed said, police arrested the duo when they were vandalising vehicles at Kalur Shop area in the morning.
