Police in a drive arrested two human traffickers from Shah Parir Dwip in Teknaf upazila on early recently.
The arrested men are identified as Dil Mohammed, 35 and his brother M Yunus, 35, son of late Sultan Ahmed, a resident of Shah Parir Dwip village.
Officer in-charge of Teknaf Police Station Ataur Rahman Khandaker said, acting on secrete information, a team of police conducted a drive at Shah Parir Dwip village and arrested the duo from their house around 2:30am.
Dil Mohammed is a leader of an international human trafficking gang, the OC added.
