Chittagong metropolitan police arrested two drug peddlers with 500 pieces of Yaba tablets in a drive in the city’s Shah Amanat bridge area under Bakalia thana early today.
The arrestees were identified as Mohammad Arman Khan,43 and Delwar Hossain,24.
On receipt of secret information, a patrol team of Bakalia thana police conducted a drive in the city’s Shah Amanat bridge area and arrested two drug traders with 500 sex stimulating Yaba tablets after searching a CNG at around 6am yesterday.
A case was filed with Bakalia police station in this connection.
