Two people have died reportedly after drinking poisonous spirit in Manirampur municipality of Jashore.
Of the dead, Moktar alias Gaja Mokter died on Thursday night while Momin, a driver, at the Upazila Health Complex on Friday afternoon, said Upazila Family Planning Officer Dr Mosabbirul
Islam Rifat. Locals said, three people, including Moktar, son of late Abul Kashem, and Momin, son of late Abdur Razzaq, took spirit beside a government primary school in the municipality on Thursday. As a result, all of them fell sick.
