A two-day long 14th annual science conference on Use of Livestock Resources for Durable Development Target and Food Safety & Security begins at Chittagong Veterinary and Annimal Science University on Saturday evening.
State Minister for Land Saifuzzaman Chowdhury MP formally inaugurated the conference as chief guest. Vice Chancellor of CVASU Prof. Goutam Buddha Das presided the inaugural session .

Director of One Health Institute of CVASU Prof. Dr. Junaid siddiqui delivered address of welcome on the occasion. About 300 scientists, researchers from home and abroad participated the conference, sources said.
Executive Director of Bangladesh centre for Advanced Studies Dr. A Atik Rahman presented keynote paper in it. In two days conference, 8 technical sessions will be held and 45 research papers will be presented before the conference.
