UNB, Tangail :Two cases have been filed in connection with the attack on the office of Delduar Upazila Nirbahi Officer andDelduar police station.Confidential Assistant Abdur Rahman of the UNO filed a case with the Delduar police station accusing 22 named people, including defeated chairman candidate Sajjad Hossain of Atiya union and 200/300 unnamed people, on Tuesday morning mentioning Tk8. 60 lakh loss in the incident, said Mosharraf Hossain, officer-in-charge of the police station. Bahalul Khan, sub-inspector of the police station, filed another case accusing 10 named, including Sajjad, and 200/300 unnamed people of attacking the police station, added the OC.However, none has been arrested yet in connection with the incident. Earlier on Monday, around 800 supporters of the defeated chairman candidate attacked the Delduar UNO office and went on a rampage on its premises.
