Police recovered bullet-hit bodies of two people from Arpara in sadar uapzila on Friday morning. The deceased were identified as Joynal Tarafdar, 40, son of Abbas Tarafdar, and Litu Tarafdar, 35, son of Afzal Tarafdar of Hashimpur Tarafdarpara village in the upazila. Abbas Uddin, officer-in-charge of Sadar Police Station, said local people spotted the bodies of Joynal and Litu lying in a bush in the area and informed police around 7 am. Later police recovered the bodies around 8 am and sent those to sadar hospital morgue. The reason behind the killing could not be known immediately.
