Detective branch (DB) of police yesterday arrested two arms traders from Ghoroa Hotel in city’s Motijheel area and recovered a foreign-made pistol from their possession.
The arrestees Kabir Khan and Sazzadul Islam were picked up by police at 5.45 pm yesterday. The duo in the primary interrogation confessed that they are members of an arms trading syndicate.
A case has been lodged with Motijheel police station in this regard.
