The first convocation of National University (NU), the biggest program to confer degrees, will be held at the university’s main campus on January 17, 2017.
National University has disclosed the matter through a media release on Monday. Around 4,832 students are expected to collect their certificates for their successful completion of studies from the university.
President and Chancellor of the university Abdul Hamid are expected to grace the program. Education Minister Nurul Islam Nahid, UGC chairman Abdul Mannan and National University Vice-Chancellor Professor Dr. Harunur Rashid will attend the program as special guests.
