182 primary schools of Raozan upazila in North Chittagong have been provided with Laptop aimed at teaching the students with digital system of education .These laptops were given in two phases, first phase distributed 22 and another 160 distributed on Wednesday at a simple function as arranged at Upazila Auditorium.
Chairman of the Parliamentary standing committee on Ministry of Railway ABM Fazle Karim Chowdhury MP graced the distribution ceremony as chief guest. The distribution function was presided by UNO Md. Shamim Hossain Reza duly attended by Upazila chairman AKM Ehsanul Haider Chowdhury Babul and the president of Upazila Awami league as special guests. Among others Panel Mayor of Raozan pourasava Jamir Uddin Parvez, UP chairman Abdul Jabbar sohel, Shafiqul Islam, AL leader Saiful Islam chowdhury Rana Sumon Dey, Melcom chakraborty, Ahsan Habib chowdhury, Irfan chowdhury were present on the occasion.
Blankets distributed among Rohingyas: A group of Muslim Sufis from different countries representing the International Association of Sufism today visited makeshift Rohingya camps in Cox’s Bazar and distributed blankets among the forcibly displaced ethnic minority families of Myanmar.
Syed Moinuddin Ahmed Maizbhandari Trust orga-nized their visit while incumbent leader of the Maizbhandar Darbar Syed Saifuddin Ahmed led the delegation to the scene of Rohingya refuge.
