The 17th Annual General Meeting of Bangladesh Commerce Bank Limited was held on Saturday at the National Sports Council Auditorium in the city, says a press release.
Md Yousuf Ali Howlader, Chairman, Board of Directors of BCBL presided over the meeting.
Among the members of the Board of Directors, ATM Murtozaa Reza Chowdhury, ndc, Acting Secretary & Chairman, Tariff Commission, Tapan Kumar Karmaker, Additional Secretary, Ministry of Finance, Md Farhad Uddin, Additional Secretary, Abdus Salam, MD & CEO, Janata Bank Ltd, Md Jakir Hossain, MD, Sunflower Life Insurance Co Ltd along with Gokul Chad Dash, Additional Secretary as representative of Ministry of Finance were present in the meeting.
Besides Abu Sadek Md Sohel, CEO & MD, BCBL, Mr. Quazi A.S.M. Anisul Kabir, DMD, BCBL & Md Saiful Islam FCMA, Company Secretary were also present in the meeting.
The annual financial statements of BCBL for the year 2014 were accepted and approved on the meeting.
