UNB, Benapole :
At least 15 Bangladeshi nationals, including two children, returned home from India on Friday night after languishing in a jail there for two and a half years.
Indian Border Security Force (BSF) handed them over to the Bangladeshi authorities through Benapole check-post at night.
All of them hail from different parts of Narail, Bagerhat and Satkhira districts.
Nayek Subedar Gias Uddin, in-charge of Benapole check post of BGB-26, said all the returnees had gone to Kolkata illegally in search of jobs two and a half years ago.
Later, they were sent to Kolkata jail after Indian police arrested them.
