The 14th Annual General Meeting of Bangladesh Sports Journalists Association (BSJA) was held on Saturday at its office premises at the Bangabandhu National Stadium here.
One minute silence was observed in honour of the expired members of BSJA family and sports personnel who died in last one year.
BSJA General Secretary Junate Hossain and Treasurer AKM Abu Sadat presented their reports at the meeting chaired by BSJA President Saidur Rahman Shamim. Later, BSJA members took part on discussion on the reports.
Earlier, the meeting also approved the proceedings of the last biennial general meeting.
Veteran sports journalists and founder member of BSJA Mohammad Quamruzzaman, among others, was also present at the meeting.
