Water levels in 14 river stations monitored by Flood Forecasting and Warning Centre (FFWC) have marked rise and 63 stations recorded fall.
Among the 83 monitored water level stations, water levels at two monitored river stations have remained steady and all monitored river stations are flowing below respective danger levels, a bulletin issued by FFWC said on Thursday. All major rivers are in falling trend, the bulletin said.
Significant rainfall was recorded in some stations in different districts during the last 24 hours ending at 6 am on Thursday.
A total of 90 mm rainfall was recorded at Sunamganj and 20 mm at Habiganj.
