Thirteen players are sharing lead in the points table after 2nd round games in the SGS 36th National Sub-Junior (Under-16) Chess Championships-2017 Open & Girls.
This meet is being sponsored by Saif Global Sports and organised by Bangladesh Chess Federation held on Wednesday at Chess Federation hall-Room in the old building of National Sports Council.
The players are: FM Mohammad Fahad Rahman of Pirajpur, Subrata Biswas Mymensing, Md. Nayem Haque of Sirajganj, Akib Jawad of Chittagong, Tahsin Tajwar Zia, Swarnavo Choudhury, Inkiad Hossain Arnab of Rajshahi, Monon Reza Nir of Narayanganj, Amit Bikram Roy, Nur Newaz |Oyon of Nator, Md. Shajidul Haque, Mahmud Sharif and Md. Tahmidul Haque.
Eight players are sharing lead in the points table in Girls section. They are: Jannatul Ferdous, Noshin Anjum of Narsingdi, Walijah Ahmed, Mayesha Mahazabin Tisha of Pabna, Wadifa Ahmed, Nushrat Jahan Moni of Brammanbaria, Nushrat Jahan Alo of Barguna, Urbana Chowdhury.
The 3rd round games will start today (Thursday) 27th April from 3:00 PM at same venue.
